The petitioner is aggrieved by the notices dated 05.10.2024 and 08.10.2024, the copies of which are produced as Annexures-A and B. 2. In these Annexures, it is essentially stated that the work being discharged by the petitioner was unsatisfactory, and therefore, a recommendation would be made to the concerned authorities to cancel the work order issued in favour of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the BBMP points out that as a matter of fact, to these representations, the petitioner has given a reply vide Annexures-J and K both dated 10.10.2024 and 15.10.2024. 4. It is, however, not forthcoming as to whether this objections filed by the petitioner was, in fact, considered and an order was passed. 5. In that view of the matter, BBMP is directed to consider the reply filed by the petitioner to - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:8290 WP No. 487 of 2025 Annexures-A and B vide his replies dated 10.10.2024 and 15.10.2024 (Annexures-J and K) and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Until then, no precipitative action be taken against the petitioner. This Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. 6.
