The present writ petitions have been filed seeking directions to respondent no. 1 to comply with the binding orders passed by this Court, i.e., orders dated 24th July, 2025 passed in W.P.(C) 8335/2025 and 19th August, 2025, passed in W.P.(C) 9345/2025 by restoring and providing electricity supply to the petitioner’s dwelling units in Jailorwala-Bagh JJ Cluster, Ashok Vihar, Delhi. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 16th July, 2025, passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 8335/2025, titled as “Shila Versus Delhi Development Authority & Anr.” and other connected matters, to submit that the respondent no. 3, i.e., Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (“TPDDL”) has undertaken to provide electricity to the various persons in the said area. 5. It is pointed out that the main prayer in the present matter is against the Delhi Development Authority (“DDA”) and that similar matters are already pending before the Roster Bench dealing with matters pertaining to DDA. 6.
