Without joining the issue on merits, learned counsel for the applicant prays that his application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC, pending before the learned Wakf Tribunal may be ordered to be decided as expeditiously as possible. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent have no serious objection in such innocuous prayer. 3.
