The grounds, on which, the sales are sought to be set aside is that the Company has potential buyers to the auctioned properties, who are ready to give better offers than the sale confirmed price. This cannot be a ground to set aside a sale conducted in an auction, that too, under the supervision of a Division Bench of this Court. 3. It is seen that in other auctions, persons propped up by the Company have participated and have made their bids. It should also be noted that they have not paid the earnest money in time. As already pointed out, the reasons assigned cannot be a ground for setting aside the sales. This petition is therefore, dismissed. (R.S.M., J.)
