For convenience of reference the said Resolution (Addendum) and Corrigendum are extracted hereunder; 3. It is apt to note here that assailing the same, the W.P.(C) No.36460 of 2025 is filed and an affidavit has been filed at the behest of Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2 therein through one Mr. Binod Kumar Senapati, Joint Secretary to the Government in Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water Department, Odisha.
