JUSTICE ARUN DEV CHOUDHURY ORDER Date : 21.02.2025 Heard Mr. D. Laji, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. L. Perme, learned counsel for the respondent. The present application is filed alleging wilful and deliberate violation of order dated 12.04.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 168(AP)/2024. The aforesaid writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondent authority, more particularly the respondent No. 2 i.e., the Principal Secretary (Home) Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within 1(one) month from the date of receipt of the representation that will be filed by the petitioner. The learned counsel representing the Principal Secretary (Home) on instruction has submitted a speaking order dated 27.09.2024 passed in terms of this Court’s order on 12.04.2024 in WP(C) No. 168/2024. In view of the aforesaid, in considered opinion of this Court, may be belatedly, but the order has duly been complied with. Therefore, this Court will not proceed against the respondents in the present contempt proceedings. A copy of the aforesaid order dated 27.09.2024 has already been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner by the learned counsel for the Page No.# 3/3 respondent today itself. The petitioner shall be at liberty to assail the speaking order if so advised, by filing a fresh writ petition. A copy of the aforesaid order is also kept on record and marked as document ‘X’.
