Issue a writ or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 05.02.2025 passed by Commissioner Kanpur Division Kanpur, passed in Revision NO. 3165 of 2024 (Smt. Hema Dixit and Another Versus Ramesh Chandra and Others) under section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code,;" 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing a revision before the Board of Revenue. 4. In view of the availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
