Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner preferred an ROR appeal in Rc.No.B1/71/2020 before the 3'’^ respondent, and requested this Court to issue a direction to the 3'"^ respondent for disposing of the appeal by fixing a specified time. Hence, the present Writ petition. 3. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for the 4. th respondents furnished a copy of written instructions issued by the 4 3 respondent vide Ref.No.B/76/2025, dated 28.04.2025, wherein, the relevant paragraphs are usefully extracted hereunder: “6. However, after the demise of the husband of the petitioner Smt Karuturi Suryakantham, has filed petition under ROR act before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ramachandrapuram in the year 2020, and requesting to cancel the patta granted in favour of Sri Karuturi Satyanarayana S/o.(Late) Subbarao for the land Ac.1.36 cts in Sy.No. 168/2 of Kotipalll village of K. Gangavaram Mandal and requested to grant patta on 1/3^^ share in the property in favour of the petitioner Smt Karuturi Suryakantham. 7. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Ramachandrapuram has issued Notices in ROR Appeal case No B1/71/2020 on 21.11.2020, 27.11.2020,06.03.2021 and 15.05.2021 to petitioner Smt Karuturi Suryakantham and respondent Sri Karuturi Satyanarayana for submission with relevant records. 9. It is submitted that the ROR appeal is pending. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for 5. the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner vide Rc.No.B1/71/2020, after hearing both the parties pursuant to the notice dated 19.10.2020, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 4 With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
