By order dated 06.12.2024, this court has appointed Sri Ashok Kumar Rastogi, (Retd. District & Sessions Judge) to act as sole arbitrator for resolution of the dispute between the parties. Office was directed to obtain his consent in terms of Section 11(8) of the Act. 2. The record reveals that Sri Ashok Kumar Rastogi has given his consent to act as sole arbitrator by letter dated 14.01.2025. Accordingly, the parties are permitted to approach the arbitrator, namely Sri Ashok Kumar Rastogi, for settlement of disputes between them. As agreed to between the parties, the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted at Meerut. 3. The arbitrator shall be entitled to fees and expenses as per IVth Schedule of the Act. 4.
