Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition at hand was filed in public interest as back as in the year 2018. And, with reference to the status report(s) dated 30.12.2024, furnished by the respondents, he, as always, fairly submits that the concerns/grievances of the petitioners have substantially been addressed. Accordingly, he submits that the petition is rendered infructuous and be disposed of as such. However, he submits that in the event, there is any fresh cause of action, the petitioners would approach the court by filing a fresh petition, if so advised.
Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
