It is further case of the petitioner that he made numerous applications/representations to the 4*'^ respondent seeking to mutate his name in revenue records and to issue 2. pattadar passbook in his favour. Despite making the said representations, no action was initiated. The last application made by the petitioner was on 30.11.2024. Questioning the inaction of the respondents, the present writ petition is filed. On the other hand, the learned Assistant 3. Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that instead of making an application under Form-6A of the Andhra Pradesh 1 , the Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 th petitioner repeatedly making representations to the 4 respondent. He would further submit that unless application is for short "ROR Act filed under Form-6A of the ROR Act, the same cannot be considered. 4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit application in Form-6A of ROR Act, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and upon receipt of the said application, the 4 th respondent is further directed to process the same and pass appropriate orders, after affording an opportunity of being heard the petitioner, within a period of six (06) weeks thereafter. 5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
