Today, when the matter is listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’, none appeared on either side. 3. The instant writ petition is filed seeking the following main prayer: “…to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring inaction of the respondent in considering my representation dated 19.07.2017 for regularizing services as System Administrator / Assistant Manager in the respondents bank as arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional, unjust, malafide and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 1st respondent to consider my representation dated 19.07.2017…” 4. According to the case of the petitioner, the petitioner completed graduation in B.Sc Computer Science and Diploma Course in Computers and the petitioner was appointed as System Administrator/ Assistant Manager in the year 2005 in the respondent bank with a monthly remuneration of Rs.4,500/- vide Resolution No.24 dated 24.02.2005. According to the version of the petitioner, he rendered 13 years of service in the respondent bank and he is fully qualified and is eligible for regularization of his post. He further contended that in the similarly constituted persons, their cases were considered by the bank and their services were also regularized. For that, he made a representation dated 19.07.2017 to the 1st respondent herein which is annexed in the Ex.P1, but no action has been taken by the respondent bank. MRK,J W.P.No.26851 of 2017 5. Admittedly, till today, no counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents. Today, no representation for the respondents. 6. Thus, as lis instituted in the year 2017, at that juncture petitioner aged about 41 years. Hence, in order to put quietus to the litigation and considering the facts and circumstances involved in the lis, the writ petition is allowed in the following terms: 1st respondent is hereby directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2017, if not already passed orders as of now, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and communicate the said order to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
