Case No. 210 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 442 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga. 3. On 22.10.2024, house of the petitioner was raided. On search, three country-made pistols and live cartridges were recovered. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody since 23.10.2024. 5. Mr. Subodh Kumar Dubey, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
