The Written Instruction would indicate that with regard to change of classification of subject land in web land i.e., Column No.6, in respect of Sy.No.134 measuring the whole extent of Acs.11.30 cents in Challagirigala Village of Kanigiri Mandal, proposals were submitted as indicated in the table in the Written Instructions and requested the Competent Authority to enable the Column No.6 in web land for change of classification from Government land to Patta land in the Joint Collector’s Login necessary action. Having regard to the facts of this case and the contents of the Written Instructions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing the Competent Authority (the District Collector and the Joint Collector (Respondent Nos.2 & 3 respectively)) to consider the correspondence addressed by the RDO (Respondent No.4) bearing Rc.B/813/2023 dated 18.12.2023 (Ex.P.1) and dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a Speaking Order within a period of eight weeks from today and communicate a copy of such Order to the Writ Petitioner forthwith.
