Ojha, learned counsel that against the order dated 06.02.2025 & 01.11.2023 passed by the respondent No.2/Prescribed Authority (Payment of Wages Act)/ Assistant Labour Commissioner, District Shahjahanpur, statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file appeal under Section 17 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936. 3. This fact is also admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In this view of the matter, the present petition is dismissed on the ground of statutory alternative remedy.
