Mr. Jay Narayan Pandey, learned advocate, holding the brief appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, sons of his client impleaded as respondent nos. 5 and 6 are cutting and taking away the crop. His client made application dated 25th March, 2025 to respondent no.2 (the District Magistrate) to prevent his sons. He is before Court seeking direction upon said respondent to take steps in the matter. 2. Mr. Ambrish Shukla, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, it is a family dispute. 3. Inspector In Charge of police station- Chhaprauli, District- Baghpat is added as respondent no.7. Mr. Pandey has leave to make the amendment in Court, to be countersigned by Court Master. 4. Added respondent no.7 is directed to render assistance to petitioner on specific complaint lodged against his sons (respondent nos. 5 and 6). Upon petitioner finding respondent nos. 5 and 6 are cutting the crop, he will immediately lodge complaint with added respondent no.7. Along with the complaint, he will communicate website copy of this order along with copy of the application dated 25th March, 2025 to respondent no.2. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
