Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S. T. No. 09/2024 arising out of Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 111/2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 11/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 392, 397 & 398 of the I.P.C. and charge has been framed under Sections 395, 397 and 398 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 6273 of 2024 vide order dated 18.10.2024. On 08.05.2023 at about 1:30 noon, dacoity was committed in the jewellery shop of the informant. Dacoits looted away jewelleries worth Rs. 8,00,000/-. During the course of investigation, the petitioner was apprehended and put on T.I. parade. He was identified by the staff members of the informant. It was submitted that co-accused has been granted bail by this Court earlier. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
