Annexure P-8. It has been submitted that even prior to the representation dated 13.03.2025 (Annexure P-8), the official respondents had been apprised about the threat perception, however, they had been sitting over the matter and failed to take any steps to come to their rescue.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to the official respondents to look into representation dated 13.03.2025 (Annexure P-8) and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

Notice of motion to the official respondents only at this stage.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Rahul Mohan, Senior DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with directions to the official respondents to look into the representation dated 13.03.2025 (Annexure P-8) of the petitioner and take necessary steps, as may be required, in accordance with law, and to decide the same preferably within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
