Heard learned Standing Counsel for the State, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha and perused the record. 4. The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of Certiorari calling for record quashing the impugned order dated 07.02.2025 (Annexure no.1 to this writ petition) passed by Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Agra Division Agra in revision no. 328 of 2025 (Computerized case no. C20250100000328) (Anuj Kumar V/S Smt. Urmila Devi and others) under section 333 U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act as well as order dated 19.11.2008 (Annexure no.2 to this writ petition) passed by Sub-Divisional Officer/ Assistant Collector Ist Class/ Revenue Officer, Tehsil Bhogaon District Mainpuri in case no. 23 of 1992-93 (Akash Mahesh and others V/S Rajendra Sahay and others) under section 176 U.P. Z.A. and L.R. Act. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus directing to the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the land in dispute in pursuance of orders impugned." 5. An order dated 19.11.2008 was passed in proceedings under Section 176 of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, against which a revision was filed by the petitioner on 30.1.2025 and the same has been dismissed. 6.
