Marella Radha, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for all the Respondents. 2. Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Tahsildar of Kanigiri Mandal dated 25.01.2025 along with the copies of the Revenue Record. Copy of it is served on the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner as well and the same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instruction would indicate that with regard to change of classification of subject land in web land i.e., Column No.6. in respect of Sy.No.140 measuring an extent of Acs.9.20 cents in Challagirigala Village of Kanigiri Mandal, proposals were submitted as indicated in the table in the Written Instructions and requested the Competent Authority to enable the Column No.6 in web land for change of classification from Government land to Patta land in the Joint Collector’s Login, so as to carry out the necessary action. 4. Having regard to the facts of this case and the contents of the Written Instructions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing the Competent Authority (the District Collector and the Joint Collector (Respondent Nos.2 & 3 respectively)) to consider the correspondence addressed by the RDO (Respondent No.4) bearing Rc.B/812/2023 dated 18.12.2023 (Ex.P.1) and dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a Speaking Order within a period of eight weeks from today and communicate a copy of such Order to the Writ Petitioner forthwith. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of this Order to the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 within one week from today, for effective compliance. 5. 3 With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
