JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 13/11/2025 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that FIR has been lodged by daughter of petitioner No.1 and sister-in-law of petitioners No. 2 and 3. He argued that in the [2025:RJ-JP:45606] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-14722/2025] present case, charge-sheet has been filed and material witnesses i.e. complainant PW/1 Pooja, who is sister of deceased and PW/3 Machla, mother and other relatives PW/2 Renu and husband of complainant PW/4 Rajkumar have not supported the prosecution case and turned hostile. Thus, no incriminating evidence remains against the petitioners. He again submits that the petitioners are behind the bars since 02.06.2025, the trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in further custody and the bail application of the petitioners may be allowed. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 5. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in the light of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners. 6. Consequently, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Komal Singh S/o Shri Tularam, Jalsingh S/o Shri Virisingh and Pawan @ Panni S/o Shri Virisingh, be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
