ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:- ...to issue a writ or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in considering the period from 12-9-2023 to 26-6-2024 duty and paying the salaries for the said period by considering the representation of the petitioner dt 8-11-2024 as illegal, arbitrary, highhanded and cannot be justified in the eye of law and consequently direct the respondents to treat the period from 12-9-2023 to 26-6-2024 as on duty and pay the salaries with all consequential benefits in the interest of Justice and pass such other and further order or orders....” (in verbatim) as on The case of the petitioner is that he was initially working Superintendent in the office of the 2^^ respondent. He was promoted to the post of Assistant Supply Officer-1 by proceedings dated 01.04.2022 and was posted at Paderu Division, Visakhapatnam (Rural) District. He was accordingly relieved from the office of the 2 respondent. Subsequently, reposting orders were issued on 13.06.2022, posting the petitioner as Assistant Supply Officer in the office of the District Supply Officer, Anakapalli District. However, the petitioner was not relieved to enable him to report at Anakapalli District, despite submitting representations dated 15.06.2022, 27.06.2022, and 06.07.2022 to the respondent.

3. As no action was taken on his representations, the petitioner filed W.P.No.22492 of 2022 before this Court. During the pendency
m 3 CGR, J W.P.No.8023 of 2025 of the writ petition, he was relieved and permitted to report at Anakapalli District, where he joined duty on 27.09.2022. Thereafter, vide deputation orders dated 31.05.2023, the petitioner was again deputed to work as Assistant Supply Officer at Paderu. Aggrieved by this, he submitted representations dated 01.06.2023 and 20.06.2023 requesting cancellation of the deputation orders. Without considering these representations, the 3 respondent issued relieving orders dated [Nil].08.2023 and relieved the petitioner.
4. rd Challenging these actions, the petitioner filed W.P.No.21124 of 2023. This Court disposed of the said writ petition on 18.08.2023,
5. setting aside the deputation orders dated 31.05.2023 and the relieving orders dated [Nil].08.2023, with liberty to the respondents to pass appropriate orders after considering the petitioner’s representations dated 22.05.2023, 01.06.2023, and 20.06.2023.
6. In compliance with the
order dated 18.08.2023 in W.P.No.21124 of 2023, the 2'^^ respondent rejected the petitioner’s representations dated 01.06.2023 and 20.06.2023. Aggrieved by the said rejection and the earlier deputation orders dated 31.05.2023, the petitioner filed W.P.No.23880 of 2023 before this Court.

While the said writ petition was pending, the 2 nd respondent, upon reconsideration, found the deputation orders dated 31.05.2023 and subsequent proceedings dated 06.09.2023 to be unwarranted and repatriated the petitioner to his original station at Anakapalli District. The petitioner accordingly reported for duty at Anakapalli and submitted a representation dated 08.11.2024 requesting sanction of salary for the period from 12.09.2023 to 26.06.2024. The said representation is still pending consideration. Hence, the writ petition.
8. Heard Sri Ch. Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-ll for the respondents. appearing

The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions dated 10.04.2025, submitted that the salary claim for the said period must first be regularized before any benefits can be extended. However, he did not dispute the fact that petitioner’s representation dated 08.11.2024 is still pending. the
10. In view of the above, and having regard to the fact that the petitioner’s representation dated 08.11.2024 remains unattended, this Court is of the view that it would suffice to dispose of the writ petiTibn with a direction.
5 CGR,J W.P.No.8023 of 2025 Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2^^ respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 08.11.2024 regarding his request for payment of salary for the period from 12.09.2023 to 26.06.2024, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. There shall be no
