The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the order dated 21.11.2023 passed by Principal Judge Family Court, Chandauli, in Maintenance Case No. 268 of 2021 (Smt. Reema Devi Vs. Raju Kumar), arising out of an application under Section 144 of B.N.S.S. (Section 125 of Cr.P.C.), whereby maintenance has been awarded against the applicant. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
