The instant contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court’s order dated 04.09.2024 passed in WPS No. 5385 of 2024. 2. Learned counsel for respondents presented the copy of communication dated 21.02.2025 through covering memo and submits that order passed by this Court has already been complied with. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent authorities have decided the representation 3 of the petitioners for name-sake only and rejected the same without going on to the merits. 4. The order dated 21.02.2025 presented by the respondents is taken on record. 5. Given the said submission made by the counsel for the respondent and perusing the order dated 21.02.2025, this Court is of view that the order passed by this Court stands complied with. The respondent stand discharged of the contempt proceedings. 6. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands finally disposed of. 7. However, the right of the petitioners would stand reserved to assail the subsequent order passed by the respondents in an appropriate proceeding, if so desires.
