By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent/Tahsildar to decide the application under Section 129 of the C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959, by which, the petitioner is seeking a demarcation of land bearing Khasra No.04/121 Rakba 0.526 hectare situated at village-Dhansir, P.H. No.17, R.I. Circle, Govindvan, Tahsil-Bilaigarh, District:Sarangarh- Bilaigarh, C.G. 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the application under Section 129 of the C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959 is pending before the Tahsildar since 19/11/2024 and no steps has been taken for demarcation of the land of the petitioner by the respondent. 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondent submits that if such application is pending before the respondent/Tahsildar, the same shall be considered and necessary order will be passed within a period of thirty days from today. 4. I have heard learned counsel for both the parties. 5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the State/respondent, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to 3 the Tahsildar/respondent to take necessary steps to decide the application under Section 129 of the C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959 filed by the petitioner for demarcation of land and pass necessary order in accordance with law. 6.
