Having regard to the facts of this case and the contents of the Written Instructions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing the Competent Authority (the District Collector and the Joint Collector (Respondent Nos.2 & 3 respectively)) to consider the correspondence addressed by the RDO (Respondent No.4) bearing Rc.B/811/223 dated 18.12.2023 (Ex.P.1) and dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a Speaking Order within a period of eight weeks from today and communicate a copy of such Order to the Writ Petitioner forthwith.
