Supplementary affidavit filed in Court today is taken on record. 2. Mr. R.C. Singh, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is Nagar Palika Parishad having interest in the Government property acquired under U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950. The property is new plot no.159 of area 7.31 hectare existing in the heart of Municipality-Swar and District-Rampur. Respondent no.4 (District Horticulture Officer) is seeking to interfere in the land. His client had made representation dated 27th March, 2025 to respondent no.2 (District Magistrate). He seeks direction upon said respondent to restrain respondent no.4 from interfering with his client's management of the land. 3. Mr. Raj Mohan Upadhyay, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. He submits, it is admittedly Government land. On query he submits, he also represents respondent no.4. 4. Respondent no.2 is directed to consider petitioner's representation dated 22nd March, 2025 by giving opportunity of hearing to both petitioner and respondent no.4. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of the representation to the District Magistrate. Within two weeks of the communication, petitioner and respondent no.4 be noticed to appear before said respondent, for resolving the dispute. 5.
