The petitioner claims that he should be at Sr. No.3 in the seniority list whereas he has been shown at Sr. No.6. There is mistake on the part of respondent. He has made representation to competent authority but to no avail. 3. Mr. Arvind Seth, Advocate, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that competent authority would consider claim of petitioner and address the grievance within 3 months from today. 4.
