1. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that as on 05.09.2024, 6 out of 21 witnesses were examined. He would further submit that the instant bail application may kindly be disposed of granting liberty to the applicant to repeat the same if occasion arises in future. He would further submit that a direction may kindly be issue to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.
2. Prayer is allowed.
