Heard Sri Narasimhulu Parise, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are not taking any action against the complaint dated 17.12.2024 made by the petitioner. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that crime has been registered against the petitioner in crime No.293 of 2024, for the offences punishable under Section 115(2), 119(1), 351(3), 79 r/w 3(5) of BNS of Gooty Police Station. The petitioner has also submitted his grievance to the police since petitioner has not approached the police, they have not taken any action, let there be a direction to the petitioner to pursue the matter. 5. Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of.
