While the matter stood thus, the Respondent, who is the brother of the Petitioner’s father, without any right, title, or interest in the said land, submitted a false and baseless application to the Respondent requesting the mutation of his name in the revenue records. Accordingly, a notice dated 07.03.2025 issued to the Petitioner by the 4*^ Respondent. In compliance with the said notice, the Petitioner submitted a letter dated 15.03.2025, along with all relevant documents, including copies of the Pattadar Passbook, title deed, and revenue records. Despite the letter sent to the 4‘^ Respondent, no enquiry has been conducted to date. Petition can be disposed of by directing the Petitioner to submit an explanation along with all relevant documents in respect of the subject land within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the 4th Respondent shall consider the same and pass opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and other stakeholders, within a period of two (2) months. Till appropriate orders, after providing an such time, there shall be a status quo maintained by both parties obtaining as on today.
