The petitioner, through the medium of preset writ petition, has sought a direction upon the respondents for allotment of space adjacent to Shop No. 57-CC, Rail Head Complex, Jammu on the analogy of similarly situated and circumstanced persons with a further direction commanding the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from aforesaid shop till his representation is considered and decided. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted the petitioner would feel satisfied if the representation dated 01.08.2025 (Annexure-II to the writ petition) made by the petitioner before the Vice Chairman, Jammu Development Authority Rail Head Complex, Jammu is considered and decided by the said authority in light of Sr. No. 03 2 WP(C) No. 2359/2025 the judgments passed by this Court in the cases of similarly situated persons, within a specific time. 3. Issue notice to the respondents. 4. Mr. S. S. Nanda, learned Sr. AAG accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No. 1 and Mr. Sachin Dogra, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 2 & 3. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition can be disposed of at this stage by extending appropriate directions to respondents No. 2 & 3. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No. 2 & 3 to consider the representation dated 01.08.2025 (Annexure-II to the writ petition), in accordance with law, keeping in view the treatment given to similarly situated and circumstanced persons. The representation shall be decided by the respondents No. 2 & 3 within a period of three months from today and till such time, the representation is decided, the present status of the petitioner shall not be disturbed. 7.
