Counsel for the Petitioners: SRI G M SWAMULU Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4: GP FOR REVENUE Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6: A CHANDRAIH NAIDU The Court made the following order: THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No. 1946 of 2024 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the following relief/s: “pleased to issue a Writ, or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not considering the representation of the petitioners dated 07.10.2023 for grant of House Site Pattas to the petitioners in Sy.No.196, 197, 198 and 199 of S.S.B. Peta Village, Pitchatoor Mandal, Chittoor district is illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and violation of directive principles of State policy and consequently direct the Respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for grant of House Site Pattas in pursuance of the representation o the petitioners dated 07.10.2023 and to pass such other or further orders.... On careful reading of the affidavit, it is asserted that the 2. petitioners herein filed appiication/representation for grant of house sites particularly over the lands situated in Sy.No.196, 197 198 & 199 of S.S.B. Peta Village, Pitchatoor Mandal, Chittoor District. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that 3. there is a dispute with regard to the land in the above said survey 2 ■ hP numbers. Therefore, the petitioner cannot seek direction to consider the representation for allotment of house site in that particular survey numbers. After considering the arguments of both sides, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to submit fresh representation to the concerned authorities for allotment of house sites within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order. On filing such representation, the respondents are directed to examine and pass appropriate orders and communicate the same to the petitioners within a period of six weeks there from, costs.
