JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 6 01-09-2025 The present writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner seeking direction to the Respondent State Authorities to lodge FIR against the private Respondent Nos. 12- 27 who are creating disturbance to peaceful life and property of the petitioner. He is also seeking direction to the State Authorities for adequate security from the private respondents concerned. 2. As such, this Court finds that the petitioner has remedy to approach the Police Station for lodging FIR and in case Police refuses to lodge FIR, he has remedy to approach Judicial Magistrate for lodging criminal complaint. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to lodge FIR against the persons concerned who have committed crime against the petitioner. 5.
