The private respondent-complainant has stated that she has resolved all disputes and issues with her husband-petitioner No.1 and in-laws, i.e. rest of the petitioners. She has no grievance against the petitioners now and has no objection, if the impugned FIR is quashed. In view of amicable settlement between the parties, present petition is allowed and the impugned charge sheet bearing No.18/2024 for offences under Sections 498-A & 109 IPC in the Court of City Judge, Jammu is quashed.
