Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the police have not recorded her statement, which is treated as the FIR as per her version. He referred to a written complaint submitted to the police on 9th December 2024. 3. Learned APP pointed out that the charge-sheet is already filed in this case on 27th May 2025. The FIR was registered on 19th December 2024.
