The case of the petitioners is that the petiti s were ctllotted house site pattas. Respondents Nos. 4 to 6 conducted a survey and identified the beneficiaries in the village. They also identified the lands under the Andhra Pradesh Housing Scheme. However, respondents Nos. failed to take appropriate action against respondents Nos. 7 and 8, who have altered the physical features of the approved layout by changing boundaries of the house sites in Sy. No. 60/7 of Vajralapuram, Nalagampalli Revenue Village, Bangarupalem Mandal, Chittoor District. Hence writ petition. Oi iCJi Programme 3 to 6 the the present 3. Though the petitioner made several allegations against the respondents, during hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court, without touching the merits of the case, to issue a direction to the ::3:: respondents to consider the application/representation dated 08.04.2024 and 12.04.2024 of the Petitioners in accordance with law. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents not refused the allegations and readily agreed to consider the applications/representations of the petitioners dated 08.04.2024 and 12.04.2024, if any pending with the authorities. 4. In view of the submission of the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, this Court need not decide the truth 5. or otherwise of the allegations made in the petition. This Court is conscious that no such direction be issued, in view of the judgment of the Apex Court in “The Government of India v. P.Venkatesh \ / / 1” wherein the Apex Court held that such orders may make for a quick or easy disposal of cases in overburdened adjudicatory institutions. But, they do not serve the cause of justice. As the learned counsel for the petitioners himself requested to issue a direction to consider the applications/representations dated 08.04.2024 and 12.04.2024, this Court find no other alternative except to issue such direction. 2019 (8) SCALE 544 :4 \ 6.
