Petitioner filed second petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.0187 dated 03.06.2023, under Sections 328, 376(2) (n), 494, 495 of IPC (Section 66 of Information Technology Act was added later on) and Section 6 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Urban Estate Rohtak, District Rohtak (Annexure P-1) and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2. Notice of motion. 3. On advance notice, Ms. Ambika Sood, Addl. A.G., Haryana appears and accepts notice on behalf of State. She informed that in the case in hand, challan was presented on 10.07.2024 and the charges were framed on 25.07.2024 and till date out of total 19 prosecution witnesses, 06 prosecution witnesses have been examined.
