At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against the petitioner, two different awards have been passed and he has preferred WP227 No.882/2024 and WP227 No.911/2024 to clear the balance amount along with interest in installments. He would further submit that in WP227 No.911/2024, the whole decretal amount has already been deposited and no outstanding remains. He would submit that WP227 No.911/2024 has become infructuous. He would further submit that in compliance of the order dated 13.11.2024 passed in WP227 No.882/2024 by the end of this month, he shall clear the balance principal amount. Though this Court has directed to clear the balance principal amount in installments of Rs.75,000/- per month. He would further submit that only interest part remains in WP227 No.882/2024. In the said case notice has already been issued, so he may be permitted to raise all such grounds in the said Writ Petition and this Review Petition may be disposed of. 2. In view of the aforesaid submission, as WP227 No.882/2024 is still pending and only an interim order has been passed on 13.11.2024, so nothing survives for adjudication in this matter and this Review Petition stands disposed of.
