Page No.# 2/3 2. The present application has been instituted invoking the Section 483 BNSS, 2023 praying for enlarging the accused, namely, Shri Tani Baja on bail in connection with Daporijo P.S. Case No.18/2025 under Section 117(2)/103(1)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 18/2025. 3. The Investigating Agency on conclusion of the investigation has filed the charge-sheet in the matter against the present accused person under Section 117(2)/103(1)/3(5) of BNS, 2023. 4. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Daporijo vide order dated 01.06.2025, in view of the fact that the accused was also charged under Section 103(1) of BNS, 2023 has committed the case to the court of Additional Session Judge, Basar. 5. I have perused the scanned copy of the charge-sheet produced before this Court. 6. On perusal of the materials brought on record, this Court is of the considered view that further custodial interrogation of the accused is not called for and there is no apprehension raised by the Investigating Officer of the accused fleeing the process of the trial and/or delaying the proceeding in the trial, inasmuch as the accused is resident of the Kamle District itself. 7. In view of the above position, this Court hereby directs that the Page No.# 3/3 accused, namely, Tani Baja be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.20,000/- to the satisfaction of Additional Session Judge, Basar subject to the following conditions. 1. That the accused applicant shall invariably attend the trial court on all dates fixed and shall not remain absent on any fixed date of the trial without the leave of the Additional Session Judge, Basar; 2. That the accused applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts either to the Police Officer or to the Court; 3. That the accused application shall not leave the Kamle District without prior permission of the Additional Session Judge, Basar 8.
