1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. P.K.Parhi, learned D.S.G.I. along with Mr. D.Harichandan, learned C.G.C. for the Union of India-Opposite Parties.
3. On perusal of the writ application it appears that the same is not maintainable before this Court. On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner he is permitted to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal.

disposed of.
