In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party along with order dated 17.05.2025 disclosing that through order dated 17.05.2025 the order of writ court has been complied with. The order has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. 4. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. 5. I have perused the compliance affidavit. 6. The Court is satisfied that through order dated 17.05.2025 order of writ Court has been complied with. 7. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. 8. The contempt application is disposed of. 9. Notices are discharged. 10. Let the file be consigned to record. 11. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 17.05.2025 passed by the opposite party before appropriate forum on merits.
