The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents 2 and 3 are not taking any action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.02.2025. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the state on written instructions submits that there are some family disputes between the petitioner and her mother about the death certificate of his father and that the petitioner filed WP.No.3893 of 2025 against his mother and brother seeking to set aside the death certificate of his late father. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader further submits that the Station House Officer on 14.02.2025 has recorded the statements of the concerned and conducted the preliminary investigation as per the provisions of Section 173(3) of BNSS and having arrived at a conclusion that there are some family disputes and civil disputes are pending between the petitioner and other family members. 3 The police have closed the same as the dispute relates to civil in nature and a copy of the said report is submitted to the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off, leaving it open for the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
