Ram Bhuvan Chauhan and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 48 of 2004, under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 411 of I.P.C., Police Station- Nijamabad, District- Azamgarh as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 29.7.2024, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Azamgarh. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
