HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU
CPSW No. 263/2013 in SWP No. 201/2003
Prabh Dayal
…..Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s)

vs
Dr. Pawan Kotwal & Ors. .…. Respondent(s)
Through: Ms. Priyanka Bhat, assisting counsle to Ms. Monika Kohli, Sr. AAG.
CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE M A CHOWDHARY, JUDGE
ORDER (09.07.2025)
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, despite indicating the name of the learned counsel for the petitioner in the cause list. It appears that either the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the implementation of the judgement/order passed by this Court in SWP No. 201/2003 or the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the instant writ petition, otherwise, he would not have been unrepresented. Be that as it may, the instant contempt petition is disposed of and the proceedings are dropped, however, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival/restoration of the petition, in case, cause survives.
