The petitioners herein claim that they are land less poor persons, who have been eeking their livelihood by carrying out cultivation in the land under their occupation. ] RRR,j W.P.No.30917 of 20i5 The petitioners contend that the proof of their occupation been seen from the tax receipts and the loans provided by the Scheduled Castes Corporation as well as the District Rural Development Agency. 2. can 3. It is the case of the petitioners that the Revenue Officials had also accepted their possession over the land by way of proceedings, dated 26.02.2008, issued by the Tahsildar, Makavarapalem. The petitioners contend that they meet all the necessary requirements for grant of D-Form pattas the land in their possession and that the respondent authorities, despite various representations being made by the petitioners, are not taking any action in considering such representations and issuing D-Form pattas to the petitioners. The petitioners would also point out that similarly situated persons, who were in occupation of land in Papayyapalem, Mamidipalem and other neighbouring villages have also been given pattas. over 4. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the statements made by the petitioners would have to be verified before considering the requests of the petitioners for grant of D-Form pattas. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioners would also place before this Court the recent representations made by the petitioners on 09.12.2024 and 10.03.2025. 6. In the circumstances, keeping in view the proceedings of the ] Tahsildar, Makavarapalem of January, 2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 3 RRR,J W.P.No.30917 of 20'J3 with a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners for grant of D-Form pattas, within a period of three (03) months r from the date of receipt of this order.
