Case No. 16 of 2024 registered under Sections 363, 366 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act. 3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR against the petitioner, as well as, the statement of victim made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to Patna High Court CR. MISC.
