Perused the record. Applicant Mrityunjay Dubey has filed aforementioned withdrawal application seeking withdrawal of present application under Section 482 Cr. P. C. Learned counsel for applicant submits that since applicant does not wish to press this application any further, therefore, he has filed aforementioned withdrawal application seeking dismissal of present application under Section 482 Cr. P. C. as withdrawn. Learned A.G.A. representing State opposite party 1 has no objection to the above mentioned withdrawal application. Having heard the learned counsel for applicant, the learned A.G.A. for State opposite party 1 and upon perusal of record, this Court finds that there is no legal impediment in allowing this application. In view of above, this withdrawal application is liable to be allowed. It is, accordingly, allowed. Order on the Application under Section 482 Cr. P. C. Heard Mr. Rajeev Kumar Singh, the learned counsel for applicant and the learned A.G.A. for State opposite party 1. Perused the record.
