Since, this Writ Petition does not cover the W.P.No.25171 of 2020, this Court cannot pass any orders in this Writ Petition with respect to the issue involved in the other Writ Petition. As this is the Writ Petition only arises against the interim order in the Contempt Petition before the Tribunal and the Contempt Petition was closed, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
