Panta, learned counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive reliefs:- “1). To issue writ in the nature of mandamus with a command to respondent to release arrears of salary + Dearness Allowance w.e.f. 1-1-2016 till 30-11-2018, differential amount higher amount of leave encashment, Differential amount of Gratuity in favour of petitioner on account of fixing of revised pay in terms of revision of pay vide notification dated 03.01.2022 w.e.f. 01.01.2016 till retirement in accordance with law along with interest @ 9% p.a. from due date till actual realization on account of 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 delayed payment.. 2 To release Interim relief to the petitioner along with interest @9% p.a. on account of delayed payment.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that relief has been claimed on the strength of Tulsi Ram vs. Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation Limited2. It is an admitted position of the parties that aforesaid judgment is now pending consideration in review petition. 4. Taking note of the grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with directions to the respondents to decide the case of the petitioner for the redressal of the grievances raised herein within six weeks of the adjudication of the review petition. Liberty, however, is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his surviving grievances, in accordance with law, at an appropriate stage in case necessity so arise in future.
